Rosé Eclat is made without Malolactique fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas. Blended with 77% of 2015 wine including a base of our Soléra and 23% of red wine produced from our Meunier.
Every year since 1972, we withstraw a part of our harvest. We accumulate over time the wines of each vintage to obtain reserve wines of quality beyond comparison.

Fresh wine, with dominant small red fruits aromas.
Clear aspect, shiny with salmon light color.
Delicate, wild crushed strawberries aromas.
Fresh, firm and straight with aromas of cooked strawberries and cherries seeds. Very pleasant fine tannins and a beautiful length in mouth.
Ideal for a fruitier aperitif, Rosé Eclat will also be good with Asian cuisine and its sweet spices, lacquered white meats, summer vegetables in caviar or candied, but also with red fruits based desserts (Strawberry Raspberry).
