Blanc de Blancs 2013 is made without Malolactique fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas.
3,5g per litre
Bassin du versant du Mancy, coteaux Sud d’Epernay
January 2014
Typical personality of the chardonnay of the Champagne region: delicacy and elegance.
Gold and clear aspect, with thin cordons of bubbles.
Complex nose of fresh almond and butter.
The first notes are straight, typical of wines done without malolactic-fermentation. The almond taste is easier to find in mouth than in nose. An aerial wine which need to be enjoyed.
The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 2013 is a good match with sea food or a fish carpaccio, sea bream and salmon, with finger lime.
