Brut Eclat is made without Malolactique fermentation in order to keep the freshness and complexity of aromas. Blended with 70% of 2013 wine and 30% of reserve wine from our Soléra

Every year since 1972, we withstraw a part of our harvest. We accumulate over time the wines of each vintage to obtain reserve wines of quality beyond comparison.
