This wine is the most natural and most faithful expression of our terroirs: the south slopes of Epernay, Sézannais and the Marne Valley. The chardonnay (50 %), which stands out through its freshness and lightness, makes up the “structure”. Pinot meunier and pinot noir provide delicious red fruit notes.
